We invite you to join us in that journey! We are seeking an Operations Purchasing Analyst to support projects and programs purchasing and reporting. This role requires you to deeply understand purchasing processes for new vendors, regions, lines of business, as well as launching and sustaining Apple Pay and programs globally. The team is searching for an experienced individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications
* Strong finance knowledge in the areas of purchase orders, pay reqs and overall purchase to pay knowledge
* Comfortable with vendor management set up and streamlining
* Cost Center management, reporting and forecasting necessary
* Experience navigating payment expansion, sales org and business entity implementation
* Comfortable with SAP production and Tableau Desktop builds
* Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining a positive attitude
Description
-Develop strong working relationships -Work cross-functionally with internal groups and external partners -Drive efficiency of payments products servicing and quality work-streams -Provide solutions to meet financial industry regulatory and reporting requirements for the Finance Operations team -Develop and drive improvements across internal and external partner processes and procedures to create best-in-class operational experiences through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or other quantitative field 5 years + experience in Finance Operations
