The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the development and commercialization of end to end brand strategies within Professional Oral Care that deliver successful share, sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing brand strategies using sound analytics and insights

Managing all business financials, including brand P&L budgeting and tracking

Participating in and help to oversee Brand Planning and overall Brand Communication plans

Managing a large cross-functional team to lead commercialization efforts (R&D, Insights, Mfg, Supply Chain, etc.)

Collaborates with Professional commercial teams to successfully execute commercial plans

Presenting brand strategies and activities to Senior Management and External Partners

Becoming an expert in the Professional Oral Care category

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Minimum 4 years prior experience in marketing or sales, preferably within CPG

Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and strategic thinking skills

Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills

Results-oriented and strong ability to influence others

High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results

Salary Range $107,760 – $150,900 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
