Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: London (Hybrid working – 3 or 4 days in the office)

Salary: £65-75,000 + great benefits inc. car allowance + bonus

Our Client is a branded international organisation with their eye on recruiting and developing the very best individuals in the world.

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager within the HR Team, you will take responsibility for managing the Recruitment Team, setting and delivering the strategic agenda, and being the UK subject matter expert on all resourcing issues. This is a highly visible role for an individual who has the capability to create & deliver an outstanding resourcing agenda alongside giving an incredible customer experience to stakeholders within the business. We are seeking an individual to deliver world class recruitment process, MI, data & Measurement, stakeholder management, coach the team, create structure and governance, supplier management, implement new ATS and above all make the Talent Acquisition team the go to place for the best candidate and internal customer experience.

The role:

  • To partner with key stakeholders to understand the business and resource needs and translate these requirements into well-crafted, prioritised and workable solutions to be implemented by the Resourcing Team
  • Line Management of the Resourcing Team, ensuring they are both set & achieve key objectives as required
  • To drive resourcing performance at all levels of the organisation through KPI and metrics development & management
  • To scope, implement and maintain new modernised ways of working and processes to continuously improve the resourcing model and strategy
  • To be the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition across the business and using well developed influencing skills and deep knowledge of the market to take the lead on advising the business on hiring decisions, feasibility of hiring plans and time frames required
  • To develop resourcing strategies to fill both current vacancies and maintain the pipeline for future areas of growth and/or attrition
  • To work alongside the Talent Team to ensure internal successors and identified talent are considered appropriately within recruitment campaigns, opportunities are visible, and the placement of internal talent is maximized
  • To create and maintain the diverse hiring strategy and implementing this through influencing on assessment methods and tools to facilitate an inclusive approach
  • To collaborate on the development of the employer brand via multiple channels by bringing together key decision makers to promote the organisation’s presence in the market
  • To coach, mentor and be the escalation point for all those involved in Resourcing to ensure appropriate strategies are in place, to deliver a quality, performance driven service which meets current/future hiring demands
  • To identify continuous improvement opportunities to influence and develop the resourcing and onboarding strategy
  • To develop and update the resourcing and onboarding policies, processes and practises and implementation of these effectively across the organisation
  • To have accountability for third party supplier management and driving performance through set KPIs
  • Develop a robust and candidate friendly recruitment process
  • MI & data measurement

  • Implement ATS

The Person:

  • Degree educated, or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition function
  • Experience of having been responsible for delivering cost-effective recruitment strategies using a variety of routes to market
  • Excellent and demonstrable stakeholder relationship and influencing management skills
  • An experienced manager of a small team with a proven track history in both performance and behavioural management
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing and advising key stakeholders
  • Experience of developing and strengthening an employer value proposition befitting to company strategy
  • Experience shaping and delivering end to end resourcing projects/campaigns
  • Significant experience supporting attraction and sourcing plans for senior or business critical roles
  • Experience in developing and implementing diverse hiring strategies methodologies to best facilitate an inclusive hiring process
  • Significant knowledge of diversity and inclusion and how to affect this at scale from an attraction and hiring perspective
