You will play a role in providing administrative support for our departments, providing smooth and efficient operation of our taught programmes and units. This will include day-to-day support for teaching, assessment and student data administration.

Applicants for this post should have some experience of working in an administrative role. You will need to work closely with other team members, academic colleagues and students from across the world, so effective communication and customer relation skills are very important. You should have good digital literacy, with a proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to learn use of database systems.

While experience in the use of University-specific software (Moodle, SAMIS/SITS and Business Objects) is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Most important is a curiosity about our work and a willingness to become fully involved in the life of the Faculty and its departments.
