Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it! We’re seeking an experienced Video Growth Marketer to join the Apple TV App and TV+ team. The ideal candidate has a passion for lifecycle marketing and in depth knowledge of subscription services. Key Qualifications

* 5 -10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user engagement and retention within a consumer subscription business model. Ideally with experience in streaming or entertainment environments.
* Independent strategic problem solver, with experience leading the development and cross-functional digital marketing campaigns and programs across various lines across our subscription services.
* Track record of success developing, testing, and optimizing push notification, emails and in-app messaging marketing tactics with understanding of digital marketing analytics, supervising program performance, and testing results.
* Partnering with data science teams and working to request and integrate ML models into automated campaigns.
* Experience working globally with international markets with strong collaboration skills with international colleagues to craft efficient marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization
* Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, large-scale and time-critical projects in international markets.
* Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.

Description
This position will build partnerships between different lines of business to engage stakeholders to ensure campaigns are communicated effectively to global audiences. You will be responsible for building requirements and specifications for various communication campaigns and automated programs to improve the effectiveness of campaigns in against marketing goals. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: – Maintain weekly/bi-weekly forums across various different teams to help align all the initiatives – Work collaboratively with various different partners to determine new use cases for untapped marketing channels and gaps – Work towards identifying how to build and scale intelligence into campaigns for a more 1:1 marketing perspective CAMPAIGN STRATEGY/PROJECT MANAGEMENT: – Partner with analytics to enhance meaningful strategies that will increase effectiveness across marketing goals. – Project manage initiatives to help operationalize and execute

Education & Experience
BA/BS, MS/MA/MBA PREFERRED
