Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the detailed development and execution of extraordinary communications. The Apple TV+ Brand and Design team manages the development of core visual branding to be used across all global multi-platform campaigns for original and acquisition programming. The role of Post production Specialist provides strategic and executional assistance with artwork post production processes and workflow, and will help oversee a high volume of artwork post production from intake of agency through delivery of internal and external partners.
Key Qualifications
* 5 or more years of Post Production experience in an entertainment marketing agency, post house or creative agency, focusing on print, digital, OOH, streaming platform and other mostly off-air artwork assets.
* Detailed knowledge of post production processes for print, OOH/DOOH. Motion experience is a plus but not necessary.
* Extreme proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experienced in overall marketing campaign workflows with an emphasis in post production phase.
* Deep knowledge of production specs, spec sheets, color profiles, and templates.
* Flexibility to adjust to sudden changes in priorities, technologies, tools, and workflows.
* Adept at anticipating issues, identifying problems, recommending and implementing solutions.
* Flexible, self-directed and diligent in execution of responsibility and accustomed to remaining graceful under pressure.
* Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Self motivated with excellent communication skills.
Description
– Assist with a high volume of post production projects from intake of agency assets through delivery to internal and external partners. – Communicate directly and strategically between multiple teams. – Dovetail with internal producers & creatives to align post production workflow. – Identify timely and important issues and share knowledge across teams. – Assist in managing global partners, processes and workflow to support global production efforts. – Assist in forecasting future post production workflow and ensure that resources are available to meet needs. – Assist in coordinating efforts of internal post production team members. – Ensure that Apple standards are maintained across many agency partners. – Develop strong, effective relationships with post production peers at agency partners. – Engage and manage agency partners to ensure technical specification and naming conventions are followed. – Communicate evolutions as specifications and naming conventions evolve. – Assist with delivery of all assets. – Build productive, working relationships with internal and external partners through excellent written and verbal communication.
Education & Experience
