Wild Recruitment are working alongside a global client who are looking for claim handlers and case managers to join their ever expanding team.

Our Client specialises in the travel and repatriation industry internationally, working alongside various insurers and travel companies.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Managing incoming communications
• Handling customer service queries and updating customers with existing insurance claims
• Making payments to customers and suppliers
• Primary responsibility for assistance claims
• Adhoc administrative duties

You will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assistance or insurance claim experience
• Confident telephone manner
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude
• Flexible work approach
