Super new Accounts Admin roles with fantastic training offered and exceptional progression opportunities. This role is primarily an administrative position and offers excellent insight into a day to day accounts function.
Based in Bath.
You will be provided with training to perform the following duties:
- Banking and allocating money onto the CRM system, depositing bank statements, credits and debits.
- Monthly debtor reports, running customer statements at each month-end.
- Liaising with group credit control.
- Registering purchase invoices daily, tallying up delivery notes and entering purchase invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements and making/keying in BACS payments.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Opening post, filing, answering the phone and dealing with basic accounts queries.
Training and study support may be provided for the successful individual.
Expected salary: £18000 – 19000 per year GBP
