Page Personnel are working with an organisation in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Stockport, who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Assistant on an initial 3 month temporary contract. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in a Recruitment or HR Admin role.
The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Assistant include:
- Supporting on all elements of the recruitment process
- Acting as the first point of contact for all candidates in process
- Supporting with screening, shortlisting and booking in interviews
- Keeping all candidate records updated
- Ensuring all compliance is in place for new starters
ASAP Start|Hybrid working
The successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
- Experience working in a recruitment admin / HR admin role
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Ability to work independently
- CIPD qualification (Preferable)
