Construction Equipment Dealership seeking experienced Administrative Assistant and Marketing Specialist with the knowledge and talent to update website and social media.

Job Brief:
The main job duties for the position will be; communication skill and the ability to multitask. You must be able to learn our software system, an EBS program, and you must be efficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proven experience in administrative or clerical work is a requirement.

- Maintaining Office Supplies

- Entering credit card purchases into the system
- Maintaining a digital filing system through our computer program
- Running reports for managers
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
