The position is responsible for communication and correspondence with management, coordination of phone screens and interviews, general customer service, data entry, and other high-priority tasks. The candidate must be able to multi-task and remain ‘calm amidst the storm’. An optimistic, can-do approach is critical.

The schedule will be Daily 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm

What your day to day might look like, including but not limited to:

Duties include activities related to working in a multi-family property office conducting move-ins, move-outs, Customer service, and lease renewals.

  • Extensive telephone interactions, including talent recruitment and customer service
  • Review applications and identify qualified individuals for initial outreach
  • Source and conduct cold calls to candidates on job boards
  • Use creativity to find new and unique ways to attract talent
  • Assist with new hire processes, such as paperwork and data entry
  • Answer telephone and disperse calls accordingly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year’s administrative /customer service experience
  • Sales or service-based experience with extensive phone interaction preferred
  • Polished communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven reliability verified by manager references
  • Ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on business need
  • Computer literate
  • Teamwork driven with top-notch organizational skills

Job Requirements – Minimum Qualifications:

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • Computer proficient in (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Onesite, Boston Post and other industry related RMS systems.
  • Minimum one year’s administrative /customer service experience
  • Sales or service-based experience with extensive phone interaction preferred
  • Polished communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven reliability verified by manager references
  • Ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on business need
  • Teamwork driven with top-notch organizational skills
  • Bi-lingual is a plus

Expected salary: $18 – 20 per hour USD
