We arelooking for a Customer Support Officerin Sales & Marketing department for Pakistan, Karachi office; with responsibilities not limited to handling Clients, run email campaigns, generate leads and tasks assign by management.
Job Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be responsible for clients handling on CRM.
Candidate will be responsible for design placement on panel.
Satisfy clients on their requirements on order placements.
Follow up on potentials clients via email or phone calls.
Convert confirmed clients on CRM as well as on panel.
Assign designs to designers as per customers need.
Write Promotional Emails and sending it on special occasion.
Prepare and analyzing monthly reports of designs and orders on CRM.
To record and maintain customers details on monthly basis.
Ability to retain potential as well as loyal customers.
Job Requirement
Candidate must have excellent English conversational skills.
Candidate must have skills to perform multi tasks.
Candidate must have an experience of 1 year or 2 in outbound customers handling.
Preference will be given to male candidates.
