Job Summary
Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun high paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children’s programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations. Full and Part Time positions available.
Job Specifications
- Wage: $20 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full and Part Time Available
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the daily payroll audit process to ensure we are error-free and all instructor activities match payroll.
- Run payroll reports daily and the end of a biweekly pay period to check accuracy.
- Act as a resource for instructor payroll, benefits, human resources, and general questions in conjunction with Senior Administrator.
- Collaborate with Ski & Ride School Managers and Supervisors when needed to support payroll and operation needs.
- Help with the guest check-in
- Help with the guest lesson scanning
- Ordering daily lunch, preparing, serving and clean-up for the children’s program
- Helping in the rental shop fitting equipment
- Assist staff with questions and needs
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Office and administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Written and oral fluency in English.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently for extended periods of time
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
The budgeted range starts at $20 – $22. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
