About the department
The Talent Acquisition function is dedicated to the creation of a dynamic opportunity market. The remit of the team is to build high levels of visibility for role opportunities across the company whilst maximising our potential to grow diversity. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will be encouraged to bring new ideas and fresh thinking to ensure that we attract and engage the best possible talent, whilst ensuring that the candidate experience is engaging and informative no matter the outcome!
About the role
The role holder will operate as a business partner to aligned business units and works to continually raise the level of hiring capability and improve the recruitment experience. A part of our team, you will ensure that the performance indicators such as time to hire, cost per hire, satisfaction measures and quality of hire are met, as well as getting the chance to lead on key projects to continually enhance the TA proposition.
1. Recruitment Strategy
Working in conjunction with HR and business stakeholders, the TA Consultant is responsible for the formulation and delivery of recruitment strategy and the identification and subsequent engagement of internal and external talent.
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, provide market insight and set expectations with regards to timelines and strategy.
Work with HRBPs on ensuring awareness of delivery progress and projects
3. Sourcing
Ownership for hands on sourcing aligned to designated requisitions
Working within agreed budget parameters to ensure a balance of cost, quality and time is taken into account when undertaking sourcing activities.
Ensure diversity and inclusion underpin all sourcing efforts and that under-represented populations within the organisation are thoughtfully engaged in the hiring process
4. Assessment & Selection
Manage candidates through the sourcing and selection & assessment processes, ensuring a great experience
Partner with managers to ensure consistency of process through interviews and suggest improvements
5. Projects
Identify opportunities for improvements in our processes and approach and lead on key improvement projects with a regional and global remit
Support team members in their own project initiatives, providing guidance and subject matter expertise
