Talent Acquisition Manager – 12 Month FTC

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join the HR Team for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity and take ownership of the full cycle of the recruiting process.

• Create and execute of the recruitment strategy in line with the HR strategy.
• Assume responsibility for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from initial sign off, meeting with line managers, advertising the role and shortlisting candidates to offering and closing off the position.
• Provide metrics to the Senior Leadership Team to show recruiting trends.
• Hit targets and keep time to hire, cost per hire and agency usage to a minimum.
• Integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment and talent strategy.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the group to identify the hiring needs of the teams and to develop internal and external talent strategies to source the best candidates

12 month FTC|Immediate start

• Data driven, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A solid background in agency and/or in-house recruitment
• Experience in sourcing exceptional candidates, attracting talent and building employer brand
• Knowledge of various recruitment and candidate attraction methods, including LinkedIn and headhunting

Up to £45,000 plus package
