About youWe are looking to recruit an additional Talent Acquisition Partner into our in-house Recruitment Team. This role is a hybrid working position, travel may be required once a week to Doncaster or Warrington.About the roleYou will be working in a high volume, fast paced Talent Acquisition environment where giving a great candidate experience is our top priority. You will partner closely with Senior Business leaders, giving guidance on building talent pools and leading DFS through changing market conditions. You will create customized sourcing strategies, screen and shortlist high volumes of applications, and help lead teams to build quality talent pipelines. Reporting into the Group Resourcing Manager you will be able to effectively work to targets and analyse data/metrics. You will need to be an experienced talent spotter who can draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.Working patternsWe operate between Monday and Friday working 37.5 hours per week.About DFSDFS is the UK’s leading omni-channel upholstery retailer.
