Role Responsibilities

This position supports the timely and accurate completion of due diligence questionnaires and requests. This important role will help secure and maintain existing business relationships as well as new opportunities. The individual will support the entire Sales team and coordinate duties across multiple functions. In addition, the role will support the creation of important content updates for the central knowledgebase.

· Oversees and coordinates the completion of due diligence questionnaires and requests; ensures content is accurate and compliant.

· Develops and implements procedures to improve the efficiency of the completion of DDQs.

· Collaborates across functions /subject matter experts to produce accurate responses to standard and customized questions.

· Contributes content to the library of information and standard responses regarding investment offerings, platform offering and governance, statistical data related to firm, personnel, etc.

· Manage, maintain, and support internal website in support of process and content.

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Relevant recent experience or related work experience at technology company.

· Experience with Office, SharePoint, Teams as well as ability to learn and adopt software applications.

Preferred Skills

· Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills; ability to foster and manage cross functional relationships.

· Orientation to details and proven abilities to meet critical deadlines and simultaneously manage multiple priorities.

· Highly motivated and able to bring a sense of urgency and a measured reason to solving problems.
