Are you excited to work with the world’s leading enterprises to apply your deep knowledge of Digital Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, and excellent interpersonal skills to solve their technical challenges? As a Digital User Engagement Solutions Architect, you will help customers understand the digital engagement landscape and deliver architectural designs, prototypes, reference architectures, and proof-of-concepts. You will guide customers through the nuances of email, SMS, Voice, and Push infrastructure, leveraging Amazon Pinpoint, Simple Email Service, Amazon Connect, and Machine Learning services such as Amazon Personalize, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Lex, and Amazon SageMaker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve your domain knowledge and expertise in enterprise marketing technology solutions, scalable communication delivery, and industry trends. You will contribute best practices in the form of whitepapers, blogs, and playbooks. You will work with your peers and product management teams to tackle hard problems with Amazon Pinpoint and Amazon Simple Email Service.

- Maintaining domain knowledge and expertise in enterprise marketing technology solutions and industry trends.
- Implementing and extending frameworks and methodologies commonly used by enterprises to assess, migrate, and transform their marketing and user engagement solutions.
- Architecting and building large-scale solutions, which integrate smoothly in cloud and hybrid operating models for supporting Amazon Pinpoint based solutions.
- Providing guidance on the people, organizational, security and compliance aspects of implementing and support marketing and user engagement applications.
- Coaching customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient.

- Technical Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent) or additional relevant technical experience.
- Business fluent English is required for customer interactions, internal communication, and collaboration with the worldwide teams.
- 5+ years of experience in assessing, architecting, and delivering marketing technology, data, and analytics solutions to clients at scale.
- Expert knowledge of SMS, email, and Voice ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of and thought leadership around the marketing technology and ad-tech landscape.
- Hands on experience with marketing cloud platforms and point solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders and C-level executives
- Experience in managing 1st and 3rd party data and use of customer data platforms, DMP’s, A/B testing, cross-channel campaign management, and decision engines.
- Prior experience in architecting solutions using Machine Learning services such as Amazon Lex and Amazon Sagemaker.
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and tools.
