The IT Retail Store Hardware Support Technician provides bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware, maintaining accurate asset tracking records in Siebel. Maintains current hardware certifications on equipment to process warranty claims. Processes warranty claims under self-maintenance contracts. Cleans and refurbishes returned store equipment. Stages and configure complex systems for RX, POS, and internal corporate distribution. Ensures adequate inventory levels for support functions.
Need to be able to lift 80 lbs with assistance.
– 1+ years of experience with electronics hardware repairs

Mechanical experience (ex. auto, printer, etc.)
– Experience working with laser or photo printers
– Technical School graduate and A+ certification
– Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree Preferred
