Global Commercial Services supports businesses around the world with commercial payments solutions and products to help them run and grow their business. The Supplier Payments Marketing team, within Product Marketing, focuses on commercial Supplier Payments solutions. Global Pay is a new and intuitive payments platform which will enable businesses to send and receive payments worldwide and manage FX risk and cashflow.

The team is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to lead go-to-market strategies and product feature releases. This is a highly visible, strategic, fast-paced and dynamic role that will enable the Analyst/Sr. Analyst to advance professional development across a broad set of critical knowledge areas.

Requires thorough knowledge of business practice and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, analytical work. Position uses a wide application of principles, theories, concepts and draws on previous experience to determine a course of action. Participates in projects such as the development of marketing plans and forecasts, prepares pricing, competitive evaluations and short-term projects. May organize and schedule group tasks. Tasks may be more tactical than strategic in nature. Multiple tasks/projects are assigned and reviewed generally only upon completion.

Analyst/Sr. Analyst, US SME Supplier Payments Marketing

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a multichannel acquisition strategy for Global Pay, including email, MYCA and engagement marketing.
  • Managing end-to-end campaign execution (set-up, approval, implementation) in direct marketing channels.
  • Evolving an engagement strategy to drive usage among enrolled customers.
  • Monthly campaign strategy and end-to-end channel management including working with external agency partners to develop compelling creative and targeted messaging, creating robust test and learn plans, and launching new channels.
  • Driving both quantitative and qualitative strategic decision making, user experience and creative design.
  • Collaborating across multiple partners including Product, Risk, New Product Development and Analytics to enhance eligible populations and create customer treatments throughout the E2E journey.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to drive channel effectiveness.
