WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Project follow-up
o Creation of sold projects (case opening) in the internal ERP (Oracle) and integration of the different financial elements of the project
o Participation in the elaboration of financial reports by project/client/sector of activity…
o Elaboration of the commercial follow-up and analysis of variations/trends
o Support to the analysts on the follow-up of projects
– Activity follow-up
o Updating of performance monitoring dashboards
o Contribution to the drafting of the MMR (Monthly Management Report) for the Management Team
o Construction of the landing and communication of weekly closings
o Analysis of the activity of the past month according to different performance indicators
– Miscellaneous
o Digitization of the reporting in Tableau/Alteryx
o Ad hoc analyses on strategic subjects
o Elaboration and update of presentations for the Management Team
o Automation of monitoring files
YOU’RE GOOD AT
– Business school or engineering degree, Bac+4 /+5, specializing in finance
– Mastery of the Office package, particularly Excel
– Fluent in English
– A first experience in management control is desirable
