Inventory Specialist

SIOP planner reports to SIOP Manager, is a key player to lead SIOP process meetings to coordinate between customer demand and operation supply that drive improved effectiveness of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process from 0 to 18 months. This position identify, understand and communicate sales demand forecast driver and perform resource requirement planning to establish production schedule that supports any opportunities to level load the plan to drive improvements and balance impact in inventory, fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management and growth with the ability to understand and influence the decisions to the entire value stream and overall business to meet customer delivery and minimize customer deviation risk.
