Within our Solutions Consulting organisation we are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join our best in class consulting organisation.  As a Technical solutions consultant you will be integral to the continued growth and expansion of Bullhorn as a mission-critical workforce platform.  If you are technically inquisitive, a natural problem-solver, have awesome communication skills then this could be the career move for you!
Why is this job important?
As a Technical Solution Consultant you will be part of our sales organization as a valued member of the Solution Consulting team.
 
You will have the opportunity to combine both your technical and communication skills to drive the technology strategy for the Global Solution Consulting team in support of our strategic sales initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who would like to kick start their career in pre-sales consultancy.  Following your on-boarding and training you will have the ability to have deep technical conversations at all levels with our client base, including C-level decision makers. You will need to demonstrate software development experience and strong communication skills.
 
Job Responsibilities:
– Architecting our Sales Demo Environment
– Solution, design and build proof-of-concepts
– Participate in development efforts for account-specific demonstrations
– Consult with customers and partners on API best practices
– Deliver technical presentations to CTO’s and CIO’s once trained/mentored.
– Collaborate with other technical departments (Product Team, Professional Services etc) to solve problems or generate proof-of-concept ideas
 
This role may be for you, if:
 
– You have previous software engineering experience
– You have experience in JavaScript, Angular 2 and above, Typescripts, HTML/CSS
– You have experience with RESTful Web Services, Jenkins, Gradle, Git, Microsoft SQL and database programming
– You can demonstrate a passion for writing quality code and are technically inquisitive.
– You have a great work ethic and problem-solving aptitude
– You demonstrate strong ownership and ability to prioritise and organise deliverables
– You have an ability to collaborate and effectively communicate difficult engineering tasks
– You are consistent, with the ability to pay close attention to detail
– You excel in a fast-paced sales environment
– You are comfortable with modern web design and practices (stateless design, reactive layout, etc.)
– SaaS architecture models
 
Bonus points for:
– Ability to converse about security standards and recommend best practices
– Experience with Amazon AWS suite of services
– Knowledge of web app servers (Tomcat) Automation with Jenkins
– You have (or are working towards) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certifications
