People Operations Manager

THE GIG

We like to keep things small at Integry. We’re looking for an HR/People Generalist who can manage all aspects of our People needs. From recruitment to retention.

You will help build the greatest distributed team across multiple time zones. You’ll work with the best people in the industry and help identify and recruit the best.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recruit: Work with the founders to identify and recruit top talent
• Retain: Be the internal service champion for employees
• Assess: Help in assessing, screening, perform background checks
• Community: Help build a community of potential candidates, keep in touch with them
• Support: Help people be successful in their goals, whether they are potential recruits or employees

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree. A technical degree might be helpful but not needed.
• Experience: At least five years of experience
• Extrovert: You love hanging out with people. Hell, you’re a people pleaser. You’re everyone’s friend.
• Write: Be great at written communication.
• Tech-savvy: We use many tools and automation that have helped us stay small. You need to be comfortable in owning and managing apps.
