DESCRIPTION

Job summary
• Recruiting Sellers and managing Seller relationship by championing their needs at Amazon
• Coach sellers on improving the delivery experience for the customers
• Facilitate onboarding of sellers onto different levers which help them improve the transit time and deliver orders to buyers within 1 business day
• Encourage sellers to add more selection to automated shipping ways to show accurate delivery timings to the customers
• Monitor sellers’ performance closely to understand the gaps if there are any and help the seller to improve the visibility of the shipping to the customers

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to build their career with our Existing Seller Management team. To join our team you have to:
• Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
• Identify root causes of customer/carrier problems and drive resolution instantly
• Be flexible and adaptable to learn new processes
• Able to work independently with minimal support
• Know how to work with MS Office tools like Excel, Powerpoint and be able to fetch data using existing SQL Queries

Key job responsibilities
• Be able to speak native like Italian Language
• Inclined to work in a calling role
• Be able to convince the prospect in their mother tongue i.e. Italian

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• B2.2/C1 Certification in Italian Language and Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience (preferable in account management)
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
• Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL/DW.
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
• Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
