In this role you will be responsible for in house live streaming strategy and top creators live streaming strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the cultivation and management of regional PGC and creators , constantly optimize and customize live strategy for each creator and account according to data analysis.
2. Integrated internal and external resources of the platform, planned events and activities of PGC and creator accounts, to improve the popularity and sales performance of each accounts.
3. Planned activities according to holiday and platform campaigns, responsible for the communication and implementation
4. Manage communication, coordination and timelines between internal teams and external partners to execute creative initiatives and plan production approaches for daily events and mega campaigns.
5. Identify, brief, and manage 3rd-party vendors and partners that will help us deliver great work with a cost-effective approach, as well as strengthen partnerships with current vendors.
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
– 3+ years experience in live streaming, creative production or advertising.
– Experience producing/editing TikTok videos also a must
– Knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max) is a plus
– Experience designing in/for PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other presentation platforms
– Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines, Good communicator, ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner
– Detail oriented, ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
