About this role:

The successful candidate will manage the content life cycle for Fargo, our new AI-powered Digital Financial Assistant coming soon in our Retail mobile app. The content life cycle encompasses creation, collaboration, review, approval, archiving, change requests, re-certification, and support of testing and release versioning. The process and tools will span multiple domains and require collaboration between and among multiple parties along the entire content lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Help lead and drive the effort to transition the Fargo program to a more robust and sustainable content management system.
  • Lead cross functional teams to identify and document requirements, then execute and deliver on the content management needs for our conversational Digital Financial Assistant.
  • Understand the overall Fargo strategy to recommend solutions on solving business challenges relevant to the content management space.
  • Analyze and review available information (such as issues, needs and priorities) to ensure the solution delivers the intended benefits.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to evaluate technological readiness, procedural soundness, and required resources to execute the proposed solutions.
  • Decision key issues which may arise during development or implementation, as well as inefficiencies that arise during process execution.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve and achieve goals.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Artificial Intelligence experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2-3 years working hands-on with SharePoint or other intranet document and web management tools such as OpenText, SDL Tridion, or Documentum.
  • Able to manage digital content and oversee it through various approval and review cycles including reporting and retrieving.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to document and track content review cycles and approval process across teams
  • General knowledge of content management systems and document storage practices
  • Ability to work across multiple organizational functions with different perspectives such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control
  • Project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience leading change initiatives, such as transitioning a team or program from one tool/platform/process to another
