    Job Description: backfill position

    looking to fill ASAP

    • Provide administrative support within the *** Global Supply Organization communicating and/or coordinating the manager’s/executive’s instructions with various individuals and/or departments. Frequently communicates on sensitive issues exercising judgment and discretion. Provides full-range of administrative support to include: manages multiple Outlook calendars with expertise; plans and coordinates a variety of meetings and events, such as staff meetings (including recording of action items) and a variety of recurring events with other groups inside and outside of *** when necessary; prepares and edits reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software; organizes and maintains files; coordinates and manages travel arrangements and prepares expense reports;
    • Collaborate with and backup support for PGS Admin Team.
    • Organize and maintain manager’s Calendar, correspondence and records.

    o Schedule appointments and arranges meetings, conferences and travel.

    • Schedule Interviews for area managers. Ensures all appointments are timely and accurately scheduled.
    • Demonstrate ability to schedule meetings held both on site and virtually:
    • Fosters collaboration by working closely with peers and management.
    • Onboards New Hires/Contractors
    • Focuses on key objectives by maintaining individual Training Plan
    • Completes Special Projects as assigned
    • Collaborates in improving work processes, adapts processes in response to changing objectives and actively engages in Administrative Visual Management/Standard Work
    • Supply Room Management – to include the 5S and Continuous Improvement Tools
    • Potential to support Pdoc or SharePoint
    • Potential to grow into the position, take on more work as seen fit


    – senior level candidate. 7+ years experience

    -strong calendar management, strong meeting scheduling.

    -potential: equipment ordering

    -former Pharma or Manufacturing experience or Biotech or Medical Device . comfortable supporting AB rotating schedule for calendar management . Need to understand this schedule to properly manage calendars.

    – High professionalism. great communication skills. discression when handling confidential information.

    – 2-3 executives supporting

    – Outlook experience

    Position Comments visible to MSP and Supplier: ASAP start

    end date 12/31/22

    M-F, 1st shift. Hybrid Andover (remote/onsite) 1-2 days a week onsite.

    must follow return to site policy.

    interview: WebEx 3-4 1 on 1.
