Admin Assistant – Product Setup

The HCM Admin is responsible for providing support to the service teams with various clerical tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles various tasks, such as filing, generating or producing basic reports
  • Scans and files incoming mail
  • Sorts, stuffs, and mail out notices
  • Prepare various forms and reports
  • Validate paperwork, logs, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update forms, spreadsheets, logs, and/or directories
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure completeness of tasks
  • Assist service team when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1 year of customer service, administrative/clerical experience or related
  • Professional communication through phone, email, and in person
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
  • Must be detail oriented and have a record of low error levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work various department functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
