Key Account Manager

    Fawkes & Reece

    As a Key Account Manager, you will be working closely with the Sales Director and have responsibility for managing, maintaining and developing the Key Accounts of Fawkes & Reece North to ensure account growth and strong working relationships.

    Business Development and Client Responsibility

    • Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the key client’s personnel with responsibility for recruitment to ensure Fawkes & Reece is their Recruitment Agency of choice
    • Complete client activities in line with agreed canvass call/client visit patterns
    • Maintain presence at client offices & sites
    • Managing bid and tender applications processes
    • Produce market reports and presentations highlighting key business opportunities
    • Create/obtain organograms for each client highlighting any key decision makers

    Recruitment and Candidate Responsibility

    • Match candidate availability to client requirements
    • Take detailed referenced on candidates
    • Checking candidates Right to Work and construction related certificates
    • Weekly candidate aftercare
    • Ensuring candidate’s hours are collected and set to payroll each week

    Compliance & Administration

    • Updating Fawkes & Recce’s recruitment database as well as any third party platforms associated with key accounts
    • Making sure we are adhering to required SLA standards
    • Making sure we are meeting booking and payroll processes
    • Ensuring we are 100% compliant when supplying Key Accounts
    • Promote Fawkes & Reece’s strict compliance guidelines to clients

    Fawkes & Reece also operate under several supply chain agreements and preferred supplier arrangements and therefore provide plenty of warm clients to build upon when joining.

    Package – Key Account Manager

    • Basic salary of £25,000 – £27,000
    • Commission and bonuses
    • 23 days holiday + pubic holidays
