Accounts Assistant

    We are looking for someone to join our friendly in house finance team as an Accounts Assistant. The team is mainly based in our Glasgow office, and they help to support all areas of our business.

    This role will see you interact with many of our colleges across our firm to support them with payments and coding of invoices. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is a confident communicator.

    Key responsibilities will include;

    Recording and coding of supplier invoices

    Timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices including processing of the weekly payment run

    Processing of credit card transactions

    Employee expenses review and processing

    Reconcile supplier statements and source missing invoices

    The Candidate:

    First class communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-finance professionals

    Strong team player, but also able to work on own initiative

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Previous experience working in an accounts team

    Any previous Oracle NetSuite system experience will be an advantage

    Strong Excel knowledge is essential
