Overview

Intuit’s Consumer Group’s CRM/Direct Marketing team is looking for an experienced retention marketing leader to manage the email, mobile (push, in App, SMS) and direct mail channels in support of the Turbo Tax business. Overseeing a team of marketers, this leader will be responsible for running all CRM channel activation and lifecycle programs essential to achieving the organization’s retention goals and delivering personalized experiences to our customer base.

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years experience managing large and complex retention marketing campaigns across email and mobile channels.
  • 3-4 years experience of team management experience with a strong focus on growing and mentoring talent
  • Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.
  • Knowledge of email and mobile marketing best practices from contact strategy to creative iteration, from testing set up to result sharing.
  • Superior organizational, project management and communication skills — this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure, across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.
  • Builder with a bold vision on how to go to market efficiently and a decisive leader unafraid to make transformative ideas come to life.

How you will lead

  • Own the management of all Turbo Tax retention marketing channels (email, push, in App, Direct Mail, SMS), delivering flawless go-to-market execution across all communications, and spearheading material innovation in all channels.
  • Actively manage and mentor a team of marketers with responsibilities ranging from project prioritization to process definition, from campaign planning to workload management.
  • Lead the effort to deliver superlative campaigns to customers, ensuring compelling story-telling, relevant content and best-in-class creative are present throughout our communications.
  • Help define channel contact strategy, maintaining calendars and defining governance protocols.
  • Oversee the health and growth of our contactable base across each channel, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the levers behind the proper management of a very large and complex installed base (from new record influx flows monitoring to attrition prevention strategies)
  • Articulate complex campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation.
  • Help develop omnichannel journey building capabilities in support of growing lifecycle efforts.
  • Lead CRM innovation by spearheading the campaign automation and personalization roadmap on email and push, and launching from the ground up new channels such as in App, in Product and SMS.
  • Partner with Strategy partners to help devise, implement and measure complex test plans.
  • Report on channel and installed base performance, partnering with Analytics as needed, and share actionable insights at different levels of the organization (leadership to business stakeholders.
