Your mission:
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking to continue their career through development and support for sample testing through the Reagent Manufacturing process.
This role is for Development and Support for an IT Application.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Understanding business needs and identifying how best to meet those needs.
This includes working with business and technology areas to gather requirements for development and management.
Analyzes, validate, and document business and system requirements
Writing and Maintaining SHS IT Quality Documentation
Support of Incident, Change, Problem, and Test Management including escalations
Your qualifications and experience:
Knowledge of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Sample Manager LIMS 11.2 SP1 or higher
Knowledge of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Integration Manager 3.2 SP1 or higher
Some experience with Oracle 19c
Solid knowledge on SQL Scripts/queries
C#
Some experience with PL/SQL, SQL Developer and Infomaker
Must be willing to learn and be a team player
May need to work weekends to apply application changes, patches, licenses and/or certificates, etc. (few hours a month)
Cover support/duties while colleagues are on vacation
Possible to start work at 9 or 10 am GMT
Your attributes and skills:
Business Requirements Analysis and process mapping along with experience with LEAN/Agile methodologies
Experience in Enterprise IT Organization, small to medium IT project implementations, and working with business processes
Advanced in English and willing to travel up to 5% of time
Good understanding of ITSM
Understanding of Application Development and Databases (Oracle)
Good understanding of Manufacturing (Reagent Manufacturing is a plus)
