Account Manager – Bristol

Do you thrive working in a busy office environment? Are you super organised?

Element Recruitment are working with a professional services company in Central Bristol to help them find a new Account Manager. You will be liaising with clients on the phone and emails daily, while ensuring the smooth running of the process through effective scheduling and coordination. This will suit you if you have previous administration experience and like working in a busy environment and meeting tight deadlines.

£22,000 – £24,000 + bonus

Hybrid working (3 days in in the office, 2 days at home) with flexi start times

Duties include:

  • Liaising with clients via email and phone
  • Managing day to day queries, ensuring they are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
  • Working towards service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards
  • Recording data on relevant systems and databases and producing reports where applicable
  • Attending internal and/or client calls to provide progress updates

You will have:

  • Administration experience
  • Able to handle a high workload
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Not shy to pick up the phone
