Call Center Agent

    We are looking for a well-spoken Call Center Agent to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone.

    A successful Call Center Agent has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handel in-bound and out-bound calls.
    • Manage and resolve a customer complaints.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues.
    • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Negotiating with customers and making sales.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Minimum 1 year proven experience as telesales representative.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software).
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
    • Excellent knowledge of English.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address issues and complaints.

    Location: Barkat Market, Lahore

    Shift Timing: 06:00 PM till 03:00 AM

    Salary: RS 40, – RS 50, per month
