Cybersecurity Supplier Assessment Service Manager (f/m/d)

For our Cybersecurity Risk Management department, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Supplier Assessment Service Manager to assess both suppliers and supplies in regards to Siemens cybersecurity requirements.

What will be your challenge?

  • As Cybersecurity Supplier Assessment Service Manager, you develop, implement, and coordinate different internal and external possibilities to assess suppliers and supplies regarding cybersecurity requirements for your internal Siemens customers.
  • You enable the Siemens business to achieve their goals to gain the needed transparency and maturity for cybersecurity in their supply chain and to develop their suppliers in case of deficiencies.
  • For this purpose, you design and implement a cybersecurity supplier assessment service, its processes and tools and identify suitable external partners in alignment with the Siemens Supplier Risk Management, the Siemens Information Risk Management and in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders like cybersecurity experts, procurement and business owners.
  • You work very closely with internal colleagues responsible for different solutions which may need or deliver needed assessment data for reporting, tracking and development of vendors as well with Charter of Trust members to look for further synergies.
  • You develop and provide guidance and trainings on cybersecurity supplier assessment processes and tools.
  • You are responsible for project management (e.g., API interfaces) and alignment with Service Owner.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • You obtained a university degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar field of study – ideally with a focus on cybersecurity or supply chain.
  • You already have experience in developing and operating a service hands on with strong customer focus.
  • You have good knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity Supplier Assessments and a good understanding of cybersecurity risk management.
  • You have experience in managing applications and especially process designs and data workflows.
  • You have strong communication skills and experience in providing trainings.
  • Business fluent English in speaking and writing is a prerequisite, good German language skills are an advantage.
  • It would be beneficial if you have at least a basic knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e. g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ITIL 4, )
