DESCRIPTION

EPAM is looking for an entrepreneurial Solutions Architect to join our team and take ownership of designing the technical architecture for one or more of our Digital Media propositions across areas such as Retail Media, Customer Data Transformation and Post-Cookie Solutions. You will be working closely with our Head of Media Products to define the product and technology architecture of our media products.
What You’ll Do

• Be the expert in defining the full solution architecture of EPAM’s digital media products
• Responsible for the establishment of an information technology architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology
• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems
• Design complex cross-domain solutions encompassing a rich variety of technologies and using a mixture of agile and planned methods to provide innovative solutions to address clients’ needs
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources and scope
• Work closely with product management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership
• Be a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges and establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within client organization

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
• Experience in designing technical architectures of Media/Ad tech platforms
• Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture
• Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment
• An appetite to join a start-up environment within a large but rapidly growing organization to help build a new business unit – start-up experience a plus
• A thought leader in the space, intellectually curious with a passion for the subject matter and an opinion on where the industry should be going and how to get there
• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering tech solutions to help clients overcome business-critical challenges
• Strong problem solver and creative thinking
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
