Posting Date: 2025-05-16Innovation and Technology CommissionPart-time Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionAn Administrative Assistant is mainly deployed on: (a) assisting in the discharge of the full range of Human Resource Management functions including personnel, recruitment, promotion, performance management, training and development, etc; (b) providing secretariat support for various funding schemes under Innovation and Technology Fund; (c) performing office administration work including management of records, filing systems and databases, compiling statistics and different reports, and handling enquiries/complaint matters; and (d) performing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsCandidates should have – (a) a bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent [see Note (1) and (2)]; (b) good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, with Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (2) and (3)]; (c) at least four years’ full-time post-qualification administrative experience in office /human resources/ funding schemes management. Experience in Government, universities or public bodies is preferred [see Note (4)]; (d) good command of computer skills in the application of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; (e) good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua; and (f) sound analytical, organization and communication skills.? Note: (1) Candidates should mark clearly on their application forms the major and minor subjects studied in their degree courses. Candidates possessing additional qualifications (e.g. a higher degree in a relevant subject) should include details in their applications. Terms of Appointment: Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms on part-time basis for normally one year. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need and the performance of the candidate.Remuneration[/JobTitle]Salary:[Remuneration] $305 per hour.
