This will encompass ownership of Payments social presence, channel selection, editorial governance, and measurement/reporting aligned to the businessâs overall objectives.You will lead and inspire the development of first-class content creation and delivery of through-the-line, multi-channel integrated campaigns that drives brand differentiation, helping the business to stand out amongst a competitive payments landscape. Targeting both SME and Corporate audiences across multiple channels, you will help build consideration and engagement for Barclaycard Payments.Essential Skills:
- 3+ years working in a senior marketing role with social / content responsibility.
- Experience in the coaching or mentoring team members to successful accomplishment of its goals.
- Vast experience and success driving and managing content & social media strategies for a business in a highly competitive environment and in in large complex organisations.

- Strong attention to detail â experience in delivering communications that achieved the desired standards and effectively deliver against both commercial and brand objectives

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is based in London or Northampton.Purpose of the roleTo create content that highlights and promotes the bankâs goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels to appropriate channels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual contentAccountabilities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes and topics which communicate the bankâs objectives.
- Management of the end-to-end content creation process including as needed writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development which will be used and communicated across platforms.
- Management of content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos and infographics.
- Monitoring the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools.
- In certain cases, development and maintenance of platforms such as microsites to promote the bankâs business objectives, values, products, services and campaigns for specific audiences.
