    Your Key Responsibilities:

    The Client Service & Reporting Manager (CSRM) is a front office position, where you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, review and delivery of reports, analytics and presentation materials to Global Client Group (GCG) clients. There will be direct daily interaction with clients, as well as with the Relationship Management (RM) team and various departments within DWS, including Operations, Portfolio Management, Product Specialists, Performance Measurement and Investment Research. Specifically, the CSRM will:

    • Produce and deliver both standardized and customized investment reports using the MyStateStreet accounting and reporting platform, Aladdin, and other systems.
    • Coordinate with RMs and clients alike to design customized reporting solutions tailored to meet client-specific reporting needs, ensuring all material complies with internal requirements
    • Coordinate efforts among DWS teams in responding to client inquiries and requests.
    • Producing materials for client distribution, investment strategy updates, market information, economic outlooks, operational matters, and investment portfolio updates. These communications typically occur formally at quarterly client meetings and are supplemented by ad-hoc emails, phone calls, and other types of correspondence
    • Support Business Development efforts, internal management information needs, provide audit support, and work on special projects as applicable.

    Your Skills & Experience:

    • Strong skill sets required in Excel (formula writing, creating and editing macros) and PowerPoint. Programming languages is a plus
    • Familiarity with investment fundamentals and advanced concepts, specifically fixed income investments and related analytics
    • Familiarity with and understanding of alternative asset classes
    • General understanding of asset allocation, tax, and regulatory matters relative to institutional clients desired
    • Attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, responsiveness to clients, deadline-focused, ability to manage the efficient and effective use of internal resources
