I refer to this course as “the one conversation” because this is the first conversation I’d have if I were consulting with any business on the planet.

We took the patterns that were revealed from these conversations and translated them into a curriculum that can help any small business reveal opportunities, and prioritize the path forward.

In six modules we’ll work through establishing the milestones of your customer’s journey, paving the path between them, and analyzing that journey to reveal your top opportunity so that you can pursue it with confidence.
