Learn about Scrum
In this course, you will learn about Agile culture, Agile values, Agile principles as described in the Agile Manifesto. You will also learn the Scrum Agile framework and Kanban signboards. The course will provide lectures on Agile roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team members, Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning meeting, standup meeting, sprint review and retrospective, Agile artefacts such as product backlog, sprint backlog and burn down charts.
