• Providing daily frontline counter services;
• Performing general office administrative & clerical duties; and
• Assigning in ad-hoc office tasks as assigned.

CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognized degree;
• Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners, preference will be given to those with experience in student services in tertiary institutions;
• Willing to work on shift, including day time and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends / public holidays; and
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
