  • General legal help inside the corporation
  • Provide support to the corporate secretariat acting as a point of contact with Corporate and external legal advisors
  • Support with administrative tasks such as tracking invoices and payments
  • Support the Legal CARICAM page, uploading boards of directors and relevant information
  • Convene meetings and keep the order of the agenda
  • Provide support on legal documentation or legal consultations to collaborators from different GSK departments.
  • Act as a point of contact with external firms.
