Job description: Position title : Sales Co-ordinatorLocation: Boon LayWorking Days: 5 days Mon – FriWorking hours : 8:30am -5:00pmSalary : $2,200 – $3,000Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
• Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
• Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
• Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
• Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
• Retrieve mill test certificates when require
• Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
• Assign tasks given by departmental head and directors

Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Must have experience in valves, pipes and fittings.
